Parents can get the help they need to resolve issues such as domestic violence, substance use, mental health challenges, and more--before their children face harm or require temporary out-of-home placement.

As an Intact Family Services case manager, you'll be part of a team providing counseling, conducting in-home visits, and coordinating services that strengthen families so they can safely care for their children at home.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Conducting visits to meet with children and families in a variety of locations.
Serving as a resource of information to meet the needs of the children and their families.
Attending training, meetings, and supervision sessions to equip you in your role.
Preparing reports and required documentation.

Qualifications:
What will make you successful This position requires a bachelor's degree in human services or an equivalent field of study from an accredited college, with at least three years' experience in a child welfare agency; or a BSW or MSW degree from an accredited college, with two years' child welfare experience.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Must be willing and able to obtain CWEL and CERAP certification upon hire.
Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with three years' driving experience in the U.
S.
Must also pass a motor vehicle records check and maintain a reliable automobile with proof of adequate insurance coverage.
Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
