Maintains and updates patients' records for a given unit.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
