We are looking for an A
team player to join our established, client-focused, friendly, medium-sized personal injury firm with big firm pay and benefits.
A successful and growing Missouri/Illinois-based firm is looking for a personal injury legal case manager to join its legal team.
The candidate must have a take-charge personality and organizational skills.
Experience with demand writing and lien reduction is a requirement.
The position also entails extensive contact with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities Must be familiar with writing demand letters to adjusters.
Must be familiar with lien reductions on personal injury cases.

Must be familiar with the needs of litigation such as deposition scheduling and e-filing.
Must have experience ordering and summarizing medical records.
Must be very detailed and coordinate multiple calendars for attorneys and staff.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to file claims and obtain police reports for accidents.
Must be pleasant and an advocate for our clients by contacting clients on a regular basis and ensuring calls are returned promptly.
Must have prior office work and consumer forward position experience.
Must have knowledge of litigation and pre-litigation case processes.
Familiarity with all types of insurance policies, coverage limits, provisions, and exclusions is a plus.
Help clients with medical providers, property damage and resolving client and adjuster Medical Pay issues.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid subrogation, private insurance subrogation, and ability to understand compliance with subrogation regulations.
Understanding of a personal injury case management system.
Experience with a case management system is a plus.
