Experience handling clients, phones and taking appointments along with an understanding of the Salon and Spa Industry is preferred.
The candidate we are looking for should be a leader, have outstanding people and communication skills, be reliable, have a positive personality, strong customer service skills, work well with others and be a team player, along with a strong desire to help others.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Ultimately, a Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Full time positions are eligible for full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401K contributions.
