Responsibilities:
Supervises and directs the activities of employees responsible for the Referrals, Authorizations, and Scheduling and their day-to-day responsibilities.
Validate demographic information and verify patient's insurance eligibility in multiple electronic health record systems.
Assist clinics with patient outreach to reschedule cancellations, no-shows, and changes with providers schedules.
Take messages for clinic staff and send Athena patient cases for inquires.
Coordinate urgent patient issues with clinic staff for prompt responses.
