The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a QuickBooks database file, data entry, accounts payable and performing administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Entry Responsibilities include:
Maintain up-to-date QuickBooks entries.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Place purchase orders and maintain vendor relations.
Process invoices and other documents.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
